I've had a 20-year career that involved two important things. Travel and Food.
I've worked for companies like PepsiCo and Ferrero (and even a pet food company along the way), helping them develop food innovation products that bring joy to people. Now, I use that passion to share it directly with people in this city I love so much.
I've also been to almost every continent and lived in Chicago, Detroit, Shanghai, and now Zurich. I have traveled personally and professionally and in each place, food has always been the thing I remember and take with me. I hope you will do the same.
